After teaching high school for a few years, Jim and a friend bought the printing company in 1975. Jim has over 30 years of hands on experience that began on the production floor. Complete understanding of printing techniques, estimating costs, job management and customer care make him more that a printing salesman. Solving a customer's printing needs is a daily challenge that he enjoys and treats as his own personal goal.

As technology has changed and printing has evolved into the digital image revolution, Jim has used his deep experience to keep improving the products and services of Lake Grove Printing.

With a degree in graphic design, an Ad agency background and after a few years home raising the kids, Gail is back full time doing what she loves-print production. She manages the office, takes orders, does design consulting, customer care and many phases of the production process. The promotional products items have been especially fun to learn and produce.
